Safe – Textual analysis   Scene   Camera   Editing   Sound   Mise -en-scene   Opening scene   Extreme close up of eye then cuts to close-up of the  mans face to reveal his emotions   Close up of his hands shows how he is nervous/upset.   E xtreme close-up of the second daughter ’ s and his own face to reveal their emotions following her  declin ing  holding his hand.     C uts from the close-up to a long shot to establish location – graveyard conventionally seen in crime dramas.   C ut between close-up of his hands and then to his daughter grabbing his hand establishes his relationship with one of his daughters.
